Folks, thank you for your input. No late payments, we have auto-pay, we have excellent credit, so not punitive. Hmmm....they haven't given me any cash back either. So, the end result is, as usual, caveat emptor. Just as I thought. There are a few things I like about the club. But, stay away from the ESP, RV Ins. and the credit card. Every thing else is ok. PS I gave up my Sears card for the very same reason.
