The $219.95 is for the Platinum+, which isn't listed on the website and only offered if you renew it (I'm told). The $60 is available with less service & for 1st time customers only. With the Platinum Plus you can pick the repair facility/location, a big advantage over the basic policy.
The names are confusing but there is a difference in the Platinum and Platinum+ coverages.
