Triple axle tire question

So I have a triple 32' toy hauler. My back axle tires on the outside 1" to 1 1/2" wears super fast. I installed new, although a cheap foreign tire, onto back before we left on a long road trip. Returning 5 weeks and 4,200 miles later the tires are bald on the outside edge. The inside seems to be fine but the outside is smooth. My trailer rides level and is not loaded extremely heavy to the back. I have 1,900 lbs of tougne weight. I had three ATVs in the trailer in a row. Just curious if this seems normal. I have been told triple axles wear the back axle tire quickly but this seem a little over board.

Additionally the center axle tire keeps blowing out. I lost a TowMaster on the drivers side in Utah and a Les Schwab Gadiator this weekend on a local trip for the eclipse. The Tow Master tread blew out but the Gladiator blew out the side wall. All tires are at 80 PSI and I check them regularly. This also seems odd to me as the drivers side front is my oldest tire. All tires are E rated and as they rims are 15" I can't go any higher. I drive between 58 and 62 MPH depending on the temperature outside. I thought I was doing well but the tire wear and blow outs are getting old.

What say you?
