Wrong name on card - four weeks for replacement?

I recently renewed our GS Club membership, we are now paid through 2017. Received the new cards in the mail today, and imagine my surprise when my husband is listed with the wrong last name! I call...

Hi,
I think the girl is correct,It will take few time to replace.If there is urgent the go to the office and get temporary card till your original card in process.
