I am sorry for your problems. I have only read one of your other posts, (they are quite long) and there does seem to be a mixed bag or responses.
Don't be to judgmental of the folks here. If you had a problem, most will try to help. If you don't get the satisfaction you wanted, it pretty much is what it is. I really don't think the "squeaky wheel" approach works here. More often than not, the people here become annoyed.:(
I can't help but think that your issues with GS should be directed at GS, not the GS forum, since for the most part, most of the people who are writing in, are just regular folks like you and I. Going to corporate would make more sense. Posting you comment is fine, and maybe if you have a question, but it sounds as if your misdirected as to what this forum is about.
