Renewal Fees & Auto Renewal

Thanks for alerting us to the misstatement of one our cashiers in the Golden, CO location regarding membership pricing. We do not plan to raise the price on membership at this time. Any time we discover any practices with an associate that are not consistent with our company policy, practice, and direction we address it with the location management. We are swift to reply to any issues that arise as we were with this communication. We have over 3,500 associates serving in our locations and we are less than perfect.

We appreciate your feedback always and it is most helpful if we know the specific location and whenever possible the associate. Alerting us to issues like this helps us to be better.

Apparently you have clerks telling people it will to get them to renew. Is there a kick back to them if they get you to renew or sign up?

Because someone at the CW in Golden wanted to sell a membership.

It was very hard to get an answer here about if there was going to be an increase in the future. Why?

Seems to be an issue with bad information at the Golden Co store. I renewed in December and was also told about an increase that isn't happening.

The renewal fee is still going to be $25 annually with the option for an automatic renewal or you can receive a discount by doing multiple years at once. So....is the normal fee going up to $40?

So, since I renewed at the Golden Camping World and you will still have auto renewal I hope I won't get charged again. I normally don't like to renew early as then someone is just using my money and other people who are talked into renewing early money to gain a few months interest on all that they collect early!! Just feel like I got suckered in to renewing early, when I had another 6 months on my membership.
