Renewal of Road Service
How long does it take to find out if your signed up for Road Service when you've sent in your renewal a month ago?

Only way I know of us to log on to the Road service website and see what your account status is. We've had the GS roadside assistance off and on for 7 years, and after the first year have never received a renewal notice or membership card. I say "off and on" because if it lapses and I call for service, they renew me on the spot. Guess I save money that way but seems like a crappy way to run a business.
