Repairs thru GS and Forest River been a nightmare

Last May11th we left for points East, returning June 29th. We had a few incidents and a major tire blow (new tire) which took out the side wheel well of our TT.
We took our TT to Camping World per GS ins Mid July. They still have it! First we had huge issues with our GS assigned insurance person. She would not return calls to us or Camping World. We went to her boss, (useless) then went to his boss. His boss fixed the problem within 12 hours by okaying all the repairs but the tire replacement ... however getting to him took until October to get the approval. Mostly because we were trying to be 'nice' and let the system work. Thank God the 'chain of command' worked! YaHOO!
It appears that Foster River parts can only be gotten from a Forest River dealer. That dealer took months to send the part, the WRONG part, and then sent the wrong part again! Camping World is frustrated, and I'm really mad!
I purchase GS ins so when my TT was parked in my rear yard I could put a hold on the ins. That's not happened. My TT is sitting out in the weather, complete with bugs from our trip, in the camping world parking lot in San Bernardino. I think someone should pay to have it washed and reimburse my ins premiums for all those months.
I've called Forest River with no response. Guess I'll try again Monday. Any other suggestions?
