When a member of our team asks for a Private Message, it is to further gather information regarding the issue, as well as to privately gather contact information for the member. We then take this information, and contact the member directly in order to further assist. It is our main objective to get a solution as quickly as possible to the member regarding their issue or concern. If the member wishes to post a follow-up in regards to how their concerns were handled, that is at their own discretion. I hope this helps answer some of your questions.
