Nate - in this day and age of social media and forums, you would probably be better off to toot your own horn once in a while. I often thought that the canned "PM message" was just a way to quiet things down. This thread shows enough anecdotal evidence that you folks really do take care of the customer. If it were me, I'd share that info.
