So far, four folks have indicated that they posted the resolution to their issues, so I don't think it's particularly a problem.
I think the ones that don't get a resolution posted are the fly-by complaints - they post as long as they're angry and disappear when they've been placated. In those threads, I think it says more that the person just disappears than that the response team doesn't post a resolution.
