In defense of Camping World (or any company in this kind of online environment)... It has been stated in the past that the Company should not divulge publicly any information not already given out by the consumer. I tend to agree with that. There are lots of lines that could be crossed that the consumer might have been thinking were private. As every case is different, it would be nearly impossible for the Company to develop a protocol for where those lines are. Even if such a protocol could be defined, the resulting post would probably read like something is being hidden. A no-win situation.
The only real solution is for Camping World to ask that the OP come back and post (and hope that they do, at least sometimes.)
