The only time I posted a got a response from the RRT and a follow up from the manager of the CW in Syracuse. The service manager proceeded to tell me that CW did not get to be so big by treating people badly and I WAS WRONG. The fact the problem I brought the coach in to the shop for was never fixed was not his problem. Spent over $100.00 to have the problem fixed b CW but it wasn't. I did it myself at home for $20.00 in parts.
