Road Recommended by Good Sam and Completely Unpassable

On street view, signs can be seen that would warn people of the narrowing of the road and no centerline striping for 5 miles. Couldn't read all the signs, but in general, when I see a road width start to shrink, it's time to pull over and see what's going on.
