Road side service Member ? or not?

I bought my RV insurance through Good Sam and I am a good Sam Deluxe member. Do I automatically get the RSS with either of these or do I have to sign up separately. I have never received any information specifically targeted toward the RSS plan.

When I questioned this with the insurance writer/rep she said it was separate. Is this true?

Please clarify this for me.
