Road Trip Planner - Lost my trips!

I've been using the Good Sam's Road Trip Planner for the past several months and really like it. However, a couple of days ago all my trips all disappeared! Has anyone else had this problem? I submitted a trouble ticket, but haven't heard anything back.

    I too have lost trips (TWICE)! I will try PV Parky's planner. Will it download to Good Sam GPS? That's the primary reason I used it & purchased the GPS.

    I gave up on it real quick. Don't have time to repeatedly redo everything.

    If they can't find your trips, check out RVParky's road trip planner. I love it.
