What many of the detractors of the OP's story don't seem to realize is that this is a SERVICE you PAY for. I have posted the numbers on numerous other occasions of the millions of dollars that GSE takes in in income from it's claimed hundreds of thousands of members of Road Service.
Cancelling people for using the service they pay for is at best highly questionable business ethics.
If you dont want to provide the service get out of the business altogether.
The entire premise of prepaid "insurance" is that the majority will have no claims leaving plenty of income for the claims of the rest and profit.
The moaning of the apologists for GSE falls on deaf ears here.
This is business: either step up and do whats right or get out of it.
