Roadside assist??????

We had a break down today (Sunday) I call for assistance talk to a nice CS called Dave he told me it might be tonite or tomorrow morning for the tow. I was ok it's Sunday. I received a txt telling me to expect the tower about 1013pm. The tow company wanted pics of our MH which I sent. We decided since it was getting late and dark morning would be better so I checked my Txt I'd received from SAMs it told me my request had been cancelled. Well what a surprise so I had to call 3 times before I got another person while I waited I hit the other number on my txt it was the tow campany they told me I was too big for them to tow and they'd notified SAMs. When I finally got through This CS told me since it was Sunday I couldn't get a tow and the company declined the tow my point is I would never have known this and would continue to wonder the CS told me I had to call back in the morning to work on scheduleing a tow. What kind of service is this I could call a tow service myself what am I paying for I guess there's rules on 24 HR service it's not really 24 hour and I have to call and recall what kind of service is this. Throughly disgusted with roadside service there is no service here guess it's not their responsibility to take care of getting u towed. Thanks u should get this service on your auto insurance forget the $80 a year and I'm paid up to 2024

    Yep,just like all the other posts. Seems if no posts within 2 days,they close it due to lack of interest.
