We had GS in 2009 and a few months into 2010. We dropped it when we discovered that GS would not tow our enclosed trailer. We had it towed for about $35 and then checked with our insurance carrier (Progressive). We've been with Progressive ever since. One tow from Shamrock TX to Amarillo and another where they pulled our very same enclosed trailer out of some soft soil. In both cases the wait was less than an hour to get someone there (one was 100 miles from the Canadian border in upper MN).

I agree. I RVed for 6 yrs. Ga. to Ca. 3 times. Progressive never let me down. Cost was less than $40 a year. Why do others want to waste their money and complain about bad service?
