Roadside Assistance - Not Good

Purchased RA on Friday 3/13/15 in Idaho Falls and left for a 2 week trip the next day. 30 miles east of Barstow I had a tread separation on a rear tire of my Class C. I was able to get off the road before it blew. Called the 800 number and was told that they were very busy but would do their best. So I gathered my tools and set out to change the tire having never changed a dually before. It took me a couple of hours; RA never showed up or called back. After I was done I called them. Someone in an Allstate office in Dallas answered and said they were never able to find anyone who could help. I told them to quit trying, as if they ever did. Really, they couldn't find someone in either Barstow or Las Vegas?? I am unhappy with the Good Sam RA.
