So if you where towed off at some point have you submitted the bill to Good Sam for reimbursement?
That is the rule if you get the company you pay and submit for reimbursement.
I am sorry Good Sam did not come through with a towing company for you. You have a right to be upset.
Did the tow company tell you why they did not come when Good Sam called? Could it be the tow company knew they could get more money from you than from Good Sam directly? I wonder if the tow company is running some sort of scam.
