Roadside Assistance App.

It seems that you are using the NADA make and model list. Surely you know that NADA doesn't even begin to come close to being a complete list. I know there are a lot of people smarter than me so there must be a reason the make and model field are not such that the owner can enter his make and model.

Been following the progress. Still no choice for 2016 Jayco Redhawks,or Jayco MH of any model. Will keep following

No, the FR3 (I believe) is one specific model of Class C motorhome offered by Forest River, and represents only a small spectrum of the model lines produced under the Forest River umbrella of companies/brands. As you note, the FR3 is offered in three lengths.

Hi John - Thanks for the update. I am attempting to use your vehicle as a test in the app. I do see a manufacturer listed as "FR3" which might mean Forest River. 3 models listed there for 2016, all with a Ford V10 362 HP: 25', 28', and 30' length. Does any of these match your rig?

In the meantime I am forwarding your specifics to our app development team for clarification back from NADA (that provides us with the list).

We tried again today, March 31, at 2:30 PM CDST. Using the original app, the results were the same, as I suspected they would be. We deleted the original app, went into Google Play, and downloaded a new app.

Same results: No Forest River as umbrella company; no Coachman as manufacturer, and no model Leprechaun.

Thank you Badlands for the reply - Timing is everything. I just heard that the NADA RV Make / Model list has been fixed! It should now include 2016 makes and models.

If you wouldn't mind, would you please attempt to register your vehicle on the app and let us know if it works!

We will be thoroughly testing the app in the next few days and will post an update after the testing is complete.

It's now nearly a month since RoadsideGuy's last reply (and thank you!). Aside from entering an incorrect model year for my 2016 Coachman MH, has the actual error been addressed?

Thanks everyone - We have identified an issue with our latest download of NADA make model list specifically affecting 2016 model years. I apologize for the issue. You can attempt to register listing your RV as a 2015 temporarily, that should work until the issue is corrected.

There is also not much under Triple E. I am sure they are missing a very large number of makes and models.
