Any consumer would be wise to avoid anything branded Good Sam or Camping World as they are not customer driven.
Think about it: If local managers were empowered to resolve issues, and the company was focused on customer satisfaction to drive profits (rather than schemes and tricks to draw revenue from their customer), then it would be the very rare problem that would even go to a second level manager.
Would each of you complainers explain to me WHY, since the customer service is so bad, you cannot find a parking spot at any CW lot. They seem to be servicing everyone they want to service. Some customers need to go elsewhere because they are impossible to please.
