Roadside assistance for batteries!!

Our chassis batteries died on us last night. We are still parked on our RV lot in Arizona and woke up to a terrible odor. Call GS and had it scheduled for someone to bring and install 2 new batteries. Then we found out that we had to pay a 2hour minimum. We knew we had to pay for batteries and install but seems like the 2 hour minimum is a way for GS to get us to pay their share. Found a local repair guy who is coming and doing the install for less money. We are very disappointed in Good Sam.
