Roadside Assistance Info

I have had Good Sam Road Assistance since Aug. 2013 and have not been gable to register my Winnebago Minnie Towable as my vehicle on the Info. When I first tried to register it they told me it would be added by Jan 2014. I have tried numerous time to list it and Winnebago is still not on the list. WHAT GIVES???????????
