she asked a bunch of questions that I can't find on the tire , then she tells me that she can look it up herself so after I spend 20 minutes in the texas heat looking for the letter she wants me to find (H ) and it's not even on the tire at all ....snip.....

Note to self:
#1: Know where I am when I call. (Road signs, maps, cell phone GPS will be handy for that purpose.)
#2: Carry a spare or know exactly what size/load range/kind of tire I need someone to bring me.
