its cheap for a reason, we have coach net used three times great service each time. to be fair there all about the same. its the service person you get on the phone who makes things happen, and some of them should go back to flipping burgers.
Totally agree %100. Good Sam needs to seriously revise and improve their training programs for service persons taking our calls. Records of complaints should be used to evaluate the performance of each employee and retraining offered. Failure to improve their performance or continued complaints should result in termination.
