To All,
Regarding the original post, Good Sam Roadside Assistance on rare occasions, due to extraordinary weather conditions, may experience, in our dispatch operations, service demands for roadside assistance that may temporarily exceed capacity.
Good Sam Roadside Assistance never has ceased service because of temporary regional spike in member service demand, due to weather. Resources may be stretched and estimated times of arrival may be adversely affected, but the Good Sam Roadside Assistance operating philosophy is to continue to apply every and all available resources to address our members’ needs
