Thank you for your posts. I would like to address your responses to and questions about the earlier post focused on “phase conditions.”
Good Sam Roadside Assistance does not have a process that can “…cease all service calls across the Country…” Bad weather in part of the country can temporarily limit service capabilities, but does not shut down Roadside Assistance efforts to deliver the required service, as soon as possible. This is how we operate to meet our Members’ needs..
As we always have, if we stumble on our service delivery, we will work with each member individually to make it right.
