Thank you for your post. I have looked into your account and you received a complimentary Good Sam Roadside Assistance Platinum membership in January, for your membership in the Good Sam Club, as well as having a policy with Good Sam Insurance. We sent you information on this on 1/9/15. The membership offer to renew is correct, but at a lower rate than the normal renewal rate, as you did not purchase the Roadside Assistance plan to begin with.
