We had a hole torn in an outer rear tire in El Paso a few weeks ago. Coach Net found the Camping World near us. We carefully drove there. Camping World would have had to order the rim, which might take two days. They handed us over to a truck tire place and we were back on the road just a few hours after our initial call.
Several years ago, Coach Net found us a "hidden" hydraulic-diesel shop we were able to drive to without overheating (failed hydraulic pump).
I like their emphasis on finding logical solutions to the problem, not just shuffling phone calls.
