Ditto...and dont ever be a little late on a credit card. They will want double your payment right then, even though your new bill said its not due for a couple weeks. Many many businesses do this. I mean I think Marcus is doing a good job. Do I think it can bet better? Yes. But I am not going to credit him for being brilliant enough to get people to pay, when they don't actually owe. He's good, but not that good. No offense Marcus, lol.

I do think they have a database problem. I think they are working off of different databases that are supposedly suppose to merge upon updates, but I think there must be some that are not functioning correctly. Could be the reason why some people who have asked to be removed are still getting things. They could of signed up for something like a give away or left their info somewhere under a different way. Maybe one time as Bob Jones, another time Bobby Jones, B Jones, Robert Jones, and etc. I would think that a crosscheck of an address and eliminating all mailings to an address, no matter what the name, would work. But then again, I'm not sure it's updating all their entry points to the databases. I think they do need to clean it all up. I think it has piled on top of each other and looks like a mountain about now.
