I called Good Sam ERS yesterday and asked that my payment for next years service be returned. No problem. When ask why I was cancelling, I told the rep (not Marcus) that I was tired of receiving "urgent" notices when my membership was paid up.
He said there was a computer glitch that sent every member this "urgent" message and it would take time to get it corrected. I then asked him why the computer glitch wasn't fixed last year when it did the same thing. End of conversation: and the refund is in the mail.
Thank you Good Sam ERS for refunding my payment.
