You will not believe what I'm about to post. Please read my two other posts above first.
This afternoon I go a "courtesy" call from Good Sam informing me that my ERS was about to expire and I could pay now on the phone, blah, blah, and more blah.
Finally when I was able to speak, I guess I yelled, I told him that my account should show that I was to receive a refund since I cancelled my membership on May 13th.
Yes indeed, after calling up my account, it showed that I had dumped Good Sam ERS.
If these callers have access to billing info, why in the hell do they waste their time and mine? Yeah, I know; it's all about marketing>
