Why do I not get an ID card showing that I have roadside assistance and where do I find a phone number to contact them

GS seems to have a little trouble getting their ID cards out (I never seem to get them). But... if you call them, they are good about making it happen. Seems like they have some process problems there. Doesn't stop them from providing service.
