Why do I not get an ID card showing that I have roadside assistance and where do I find a phone number to contact them

If you have an Android smartphone, go to the Play Store and Good Sam has two apps there.. One is for emergency road service and the other for campgrounds.
I have both on my phone and the ers app will automatically summon help for you if you wish. It will also let you contact the customer service, show your membership card, and some other useful things.
The GS Travel Guide app will let you do a search for campgrounds or find nearby parks to where you are at the moment or you can type in a destination and it will find parks near that location. It includes all campgrounds normally listed in the book, not just GS ones.
Both apps are free at the Google Play Store. I do not know about the Iphone.
