Finally got a response from David at Roadside Assistance after I posted their "no response" from my initial post on 12/29 today. I had previously sent them a letter of complaint in September that they did not respond to either. Now, David was a nice professional young man who offered the usual sorry for your experience. Extended my service 6 months for free. They could have extended it 6 years and it wouldn't have mattered to me. I've been with them since 2005 and each and every time I needed them the response was hours or not at all. I recently had a flat on my pickup and after waiting a hour for a response I called back to learn they had no record of my initial call. They have lost my calls, left me standing on the freeway in 110 degree heat twice. I'm not sure what they could do to that would make me ever use them but they finally responded. I have their insurance too and believe me their help has been terrible too. Once I have all of my repairs finished, including those they refused to cover, I'm done with NoGoodSam.
