Does the service cover the Rv. such as leveling jacks wont retract. I didn't see anything like that in info packets

I had a wheel snap all 6 lugs and depart the unit. Roadside paid for the mobile repair guy to come to my location. He went to a local parts store, bought the new lugs and put them on. Then put the tire back on. I had to pay for his time there and the new lugs....
