so today I get an offer in the mail to upgrade my plan to platinum coverage so that a motorized rv can be included,does this mean that my basic plan is not covering my motorhome?

I have had this plan for 11 years and have had my motorhome towed in the past with no problems,i have sent a pm to the care team and we will see what they say
