so today I get an offer in the mail to upgrade my plan to platinum coverage so that a motorized rv can be included,does this mean that my basic plan is not covering my motorhome?

Well the care team basically said that they have made changes in the plan but have failed to inform me,they have been taking my money for years for a plan that is worthless to me.I have in my hand the original plan benefits that include my motorhome but its the same old bait and switch that they have done to me on other things in the past,now I have a plan paid up for two years that is worthless
