Roadside assistance

I called good sams roadside assistance for a tire failure, on April 5, near Pratt Kansas! 2 hours later good sams called back, and said no one would help, because of the covid virus! I’m 75, and changed the tire! Got home, called tow services in Pratt, and they said no one called them! The virus would not stop them! They did say that good sams doesn’t reimburse them enough to go out, though! I pay my premium, but no one responded! Any answers? I did call good sams twice, and they said they would get back to me last Wednesday, but no one did!

  • Hi.. I have Good Sam roadside assistance. I have used them a few times years ago and they did ok. They did not take care of business with your flat..After hearing your account I will stay tuned to hear what Good Sam has to say. Jim2007.
  • I have found over the years in my opinion, it is best to get towing and roadside assistance through your car (RV) insurance company. You can call and get who ever can come to help you. Pay them by credit card, and get reimbursed by your insurance company soon after. It's simple, less money up front, and it works.
