We have carried Good Sam Roadside Assistance for several years. Twice we have had a problem and complaint and after discussions with them, Good Sam did what was necessary to make us happy campers. If you are reasonable in your expectations I think they are willing to help you. We will not hesitate to renew when the time comes.
