Dennis, on my second road service call GSRS sent a provider that I had to show him how to remove the tire from the rim. LOL he was trying to remove the tire from the wrong side of the rim. I had no problem with that as at that time I didn't even have a tire to replace the blowout with. GSRS found the tire and service and it was after hours. I was well pleased with the service. GSRS even kept calling to see if all was ok. I have called GSRS and they have said they would sent my compliant upstairs whatever that means. I am on hold as of now to see how they respond. I also understand there are 2 sides two ever story and I wish GS would come and tell theirs. Most all major road services have very good people on their calls IMO.
