Didnt freak out. Asked him 3 times if he was sure. Also asked which provider he used. Said he didnt know so dont know how he knew what my cost would be. The main thing was he just didnt seem to care and that is not what I expect. maybe its just the southern boy or old fart coming out in me. If I had been the rep i would have said I will find the provider and get his number so you can call and see what the chg will be. I was a mechanic for 20 yrs, owned my own shop 3 yr and taught mechanics at a voc. schoolfor 20 yr and no way would I have ever chged 150 dollars to change a tire. Also drove a wrecker and never ripped off a customer just because I could.
