Seems to be a big misunderstanding about what GS Road Service does and does not do.
You pay a membership fee to have access to a service provider who will come to you and replace your flat with your mounted spare. As far as tire service is concerned, that's it. Want the flat dismounted and your tire mounted on the wheel, you pay. No spare and you need one brought to you and mounted on your wheel, you pay. And since any service other than putting your mounted spare on for you is beyond the GS contract, you are going to pay whatever the provider sees fit to charge you. GS does not benefit from this.
I have called people on the phone who weren't even sure what an RV was, hang up, call back, talk to someone else and get on with your life.
