I am so lost? Did roadside assistance come to your assistance in a prompt manner? Were you towed to a safe location for repair? Could the location diagnose the problem and fix the problem? If it could not be fixed at the location were you offered or did you ask for a tow to a place that could fix the problem?
What is the complaint?
So far, after two calls to GoodSam I have no reasonable complaint, granted I was not happy to have broken down in the first place, and nothing would make my mood better. But GS answered promptly, found a contract location promptly, and followed up with a timely call to make sure I received service. Good enough.
