Which level of Roadside service do you have? I presume you don't have the Platinum + as with it, they will tow you up to 100 miles to anywhere of your choosing. With the lower plans, they will tow you to the nearest repair facility. Nearest doesn't mean best or place you approve of or would rather have. Although they will tow you to a different place that may be further away, but you will have to pay the tow company the difference.
