First of all this kind of post IS EXACTLY what the ASK MARCUS forums are created for and it is perfectly appropriate what the OP has undertaken.
Secondly these complaints being aired here is also EXACTLY what Good Sam/GSE wants. Why? It keeps those complaints off of other internet review sites that are read by many many more people.
In short it serves GSE's purposes perfectly.
And to be fair in most cases I think they handle these kinds of complaints fairly well. At least in my case and in others who have posted their results.
