Roadside Help Line

My 94 BMW 318i would not start, but the battery and headlights were o.k.I was going to have the car towed for repairs, but when i called the service advisor at Good Sam he said to disconnect and reconnect the the battery. Voila, the car rebooted and started. THANK YOU GOOD SAM, not only was an unnecessary tow avoided, but a valuable piece of info was learned. Thanks again, for the great service. RM Brown Everett Wa.
