Roadside RV assistance for family and friends??

I have an RV that I lend out to extended family members and friends. While they are using it, I would like them to have roadside assistance in case they get a flat tire, etc. Does anyone know of any company that offers such coverage??

Or is there any outfit that will let people buy roadside assistance for say just 1 week (to cover someone while they are using the RV)?
